Sunday Morning Stretch


7:30am Hip releases, shoulder openers, spinal twists, this class has everything !!
A good stretch should be done slow and accurately.

Body awareness and breath should always be incorporated. Fascia should be discussed. Range of motion should be explored and the meaning of DOMS delayed onset muscle soreness should be explained.

explaining to our 200hr Teacher Trainees the importance of identifying the differences between acute , sub acute and chronic disc herniations. When you can teach yoga, when you should not teach yoga and what type of yoga should we give students who show up with other back issues or posture problems that could be addressed .
