💡How does Schroth therapy help your discs in scoliosis?
☀️Intervertebral discs are living structures that adapt to how we move and load the spine. Through three-dimensional correction, de-rotation, breathing and postural stabilization with Schroth therapy, loading conditions, improve rotational stability and support long-term spinal health are optimized.

Intervertebral discs do much more than absorb shock. Their mechanical properties play a major role in rotational stability and scoliosis progression. During puberty, rapid growth and increasing loads occur while the disc attachment is still maturing, creating a temporary window of vulnerability. Maintaining sagittal balance is essential for long-term spinal health.
