Does your desk job leave you carrying more tension than you would like? It did for Ai, and that's why she started her Pilates journey.
She built strength, improved her flexibility and started to feel more confident and comfortable in her body again. Her classes are designed to feel supportive and approachable, while helping you build strength, balance and confidence over time.
If your body has been asking for something different, this might be it.
Reformer really can be the answer to almost anything.
Whether you are feeling stressed, upset, overwhelmed or just not quite yourself, it gives you the space to let all of that go for a moment. That is always our aim at Flow, to create a space and classes where you can switch off from everything else, take that time for yourself, and come back feeling calmer, clearer and more in control.

You could do ten reps, or you could do five done well. That is the difference form makes.
In Pilates, it is not about pushing through or rushing ahead, it is about understanding how your body is moving and making small adjustments that create better alignment and stronger connection.
Those small corrections might not look like much, but they are what protect your body, improve your posture and help you build strength that actually carries into everyday life.

If the gym has ever bored you, read this.
Katie tried Flow and loved it straight away, not because it was easy, but because it actually felt balanced. Strength, mobility, and core stability work together to support how you move every day.
Our trainers strive to create classes that do not feel repetitive or one-dimensional. Book in and feel the difference for yourself.

What do we value most?
It is not just the class itself, it's how you feel while you are in it.
Feeling supported when something does not quite click, feeling seen when your body needs something different, and knowing there is always someone there guiding you through it.
That is how we build a real sense of community, where you are someone we actually get to know.

This month we’re celebrating Laura & Caroline! Two beautiful members of our community who show up and stay consistent!
Laura joined us in August last year, booking “just one class”… and was hooked straight away. Since then, she’s built incredible strength and confidence, all while working towards training for a triathlon Her advice? Just go for it, you won’t regret it.
Caroline joined in October and instantly fell in love with the studio's supportive, inclusive atmosphere. What started as something new has quickly become part of her routine, a space where she feels strong, balanced, and grounded. Her advice? Start slow, stay consistent, and don’t compare yourself to anyone else.
We’re so lucky to have you both in our community!
Now picture this!
You walk into the studio, and the space feels calm straight away. There is a quiet energy in the room, and familiar faces settle into their spots as the class begins.
Nicole is guiding you through each movement with care, adjusting where needed, offering options without making it a big thing, just enough so you feel supported but still challenged in the right way.
There is no pressure to keep up, no sense of needing to prove anything, just a steady rhythm of movement that lets you switch off from everything else and focus on yourself for a moment.
That is the Flow experience we pride ourselves on giving our members.

Happy World Pilates Day to our beautiful Flow community!
What started in the early 1900s has grown into something much bigger than just movement. Joseph Pilates created this practice to help injured soldiers rebuild strength and mobility, focusing on control, precision and supporting the body as a whole.
What we love most is what it has created for us, a community of people who show up for themselves and for each other, who take that time out of their day to move and reset. At Flow, we feel very lucky to be part of that with you. Whether you are on the reformer or the mat, thank you for being here and for continuing to show up.
