It’s More weight, more protein, more reps then I ever imagined to grown over 10-13 kgs heavier and not sit in the high 25-27% bf.

13 kg + over 2+ years, with a very different training resume, different focus on hypertrophy (natty)

Bulks are difficult, uncomfortable but necessary. Setting aside to lean into hypertrophy for a dedicated offseason.
Previous stage weight 53/54 kgs.
To chasing more
-volume and weight in my body with a deep focus on recovery, joints and nutrition.

It’s worth the pause , knuckle down and not to yo-yo lean every. 12-16 weeks despite how tempting it is!
