Radar hill trail run returns tomorrow at 5:30am at Parklands, Nambour. Well done to everyone that survived the cold and dark last week and made it to the top of Radar hill. We had a special guest appearance from the famous Fluffly on return back to the carpark 😊

Every Wednesday. Meet at Parklands for a 6km Radar Hill up and back. 5:30am start. Headlamps required.

This Week's Run Club Schedule

Wednesday morning 🌞 : Radar Hill, 6km up and back. Meet at Parklands main entry. 5:30am start.

Thursday night 🌙 : Parklands night time trail run. Easy pace. 6pm start.

Saturday: Parkrun day 🏃‍♂️, various locations. Arrive at 6:45am for a 7am start.

Sunday: Final Round of Sunshine Coast Cross Country Series at Ewan Maddock Dam. https://share.google/WmAsWduk3FHP49QcP

Headlamps 🔦 will be needed for all trail runs.
