A lot of people have asked me where my shaping bay is - so this is how GS Surfboards orders currently get produced - every week to 2 weeks I go down to South Tweed Heads NSW from the Sunshine Coast and shape all my orders within a colab surfboard factory run by surfers who live and breath surfboards producing amazing quality finished boards for me.

Here’s my morning prep to get ready to shape my next batch of Burford blanks just finished shaped off the machine which I get cut 100% allowing me to test my 3D design-files directly with minimal final shaping alteration required, so that I can replicate performance designs consistently.
