A beautiful ending to Sacred Springs Vietnam 🌿💧
What a beautiful way to bring our Sacred Springs Vietnam retreat to a close.
Our final days were filled with moments of connection, stillness and celebration — beginning with our morning Qigong, a deeply relaxing sound bath and Yin Yoga, creating space to slow down and simply be.
We gathered for a beautiful Water Purification Ceremony, working with the energy of the Five Elements before soaking in the natural healing hot springs. There was something so special about being immersed in these warm, mineral-rich waters, surrounded by nature and each other. 💧✨
Our farewell BBQ dinner was an amazing celebration of the week, filled with delicious food, laughter and connection, not to mention a yummy cocktail 🍹 followed by our final Onsen and spa session — the perfect way to nourish and restore before we said our goodbyes.
And one of the most beautiful parts of the retreat was the people. A wonderful group who came together as strangers and shared a week of practice, laughter, reflection, nourishment and friendship.
Feeling incredibly grateful for this experience, this place and this beautiful group. ❤️
