🎯 That’s it. I’m done waiting for perfection. I finally hit my own bullseye when the truth hit me: It’s time to get off my ass and start building in public.

The hard part of being a solo founder hasn’t been a lack of people wanting to join the journey - it’s been the brutal realisation that I needed to stop overthinking, overplanning, procrastinating and start executing again like when Ditox first launched all those years ago.

For a long time, I felt bogged down wading through dopamine loops, screen time tracking and productivity metrics every digital wellness founder measures.

These are all important, but something was missing. I had to push through that generic noise to reconnect with my true “Why”. And that was having lived experience as a digital violence survivor.

That changed everything.

The real issue is a foundational lack of digital literacy, financial literacy, critical thinking, digital violence resources and recovery and even the lack of knowledge for our self-awareness, energy and awakened soul.

Ditox was proud to support .music and ’s vision for putting on a brilliant first show at .gallery domestic violence prevention.

Featuring local artists with so much talent for an exceptional cause - supporting single mothers and their children - the circle of support was incredible to be part of. When single mothers come together to support one another, the bar is raised and sets a precedent for single fathers to also support each other and when possible, to come together with single mothers to co-parent responsibly in peace and love for the future of younger generations. Thanks so much to all the artists, sponsors and supporters for this brilliant intimate event. What’s next? Watch this space!
