Day Two & Done!!

Balas United played 2 x games today and walked away in 4th place!! 👏😁

The boys played hard and stuck it out together, hitting good tackles, a few breaks, banger conversions but most of all supporting each other through it all!

Thank you to our Coach Randall Warkill, Water Runner Richard Henry and all other helpers, tee runners, water fillers and extra pairs of hands on board!

Thank you again to all who have supported our team in any way. Every contribution meant our boys had all we needed to push us over the line over the last two days.

The Coaching staff and Balas United family are so ridiculously proud of our boys and placing!! Awesome 2 days of carnival footy with the best team we could’ve asked for. Thank you to all our players and supporting families!

Day One!!

Our boys have done so well on their first day!

We walked away with a loss on the first game but a big 36-6 win on the second game. Congrats to all teams who played today, win or lose!

Everyone dug deep, supported each other and fought the steaming hot sun!

Awesome effort all round - Back to do it all again tomorrow!

Despite many attempts, Balas United were unfortunately unable to secure sponsorship therefore have relied on fundraising, donations and support from our community. Through that we have been able to register our team, purchase team playing kits and will have budgeted money for all other onsite carnival expenses.
