Great to be down at the Fitzroy River at the Rowing Queensland School State Champs.

It was my first regatta, and I definitely learned a thing or two. Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by, purchased some Run Ugly gear, admired the designs, or simply had a chat about all things Run Ugly.

Congratulations on the double win, Rhys Williams amazing what the mind and body are capable of. Well done to Kyle Adams and team for two fabulous events in Central Queensland.

Rhys is our Lap The Valley 2027 Last One Standing with 34 Laps! He has taken out the Milepost Events double, winning our Boyne Valley 50 event as well 💪

A memorable weekend with this inspirational crew Mindy, Donna, Emma, Pete. The Carnarvon Great Walk my longest run to date. Amazing country, that makes you earn every kilometre.

We started at 3am and the day turned warm quickly. New to me: night running, navigating a hard trail on tired legs, one arrow at a time.
We got it done, Clocking 87.12 Km

It was an absolute privilege to share this distance with this crew.

What a great day surrounded by inspiring people.
6x 5km laps, on the hour, every hour, and honestly the best way to spend a Sunday. Plenty of laughs, plenty of grit, and plenty of good humans.

Thanks to Rocky Road Runners for a great event. Heart full, legs tired, spirit high.
