Four people re-enrolled with me this week. ❤️
Three of them I’ve been coaching for many, many years.
The fourth started with one block.
Then another.
And this week?
“Yep. Put me down for 12 months.”
No hesitation.
And I bloody love that.
Not because they’ve signed another service agreement.
Because of what it represents.
Training has become part of their week.
They don't have to continually convince themselves to start again.
They turn up.
They train.
They progress.
And they keep going.
This is ultimately what I want to help people create.
Because you don't need to walk through my door already being someone who loves the gym, knows how to strength train or has everything figured out.
You need somewhere to start.
And that's one of the things I love about my 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program.
Over those 12 weeks, I teach you the foundations of strength training, we build a program around you and your life, we work on your nutrition, and you have the coaching, accountability and group around you to help you actually put it into practice.
My goal isn't for you to finish 12 weeks and think, “Thank God that's over.”
I want you to finish with more knowledge, more confidence and a much clearer understanding of how strength training and good nutrition can actually fit into your life long term.
Because the people who just re-enrolled for another year?
They all had a starting point too.
My next 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program starts 7 September, and there are currently 8 positions remaining.
If you've been watching and thinking, “Maybe I need somewhere to start,” let's have a conversation.
Message me “12 WEEKS” or book a complimentary Goal Setting Session and we'll work out whether it's the right starting point for you. ❤️

Brayden started here.
18 months ago, Brayden joined the same 12-week program that I'm about to start again on September 7th.
His goal was simple — build muscle and put some size on.
He started at 50 kg.
At the end of his first 12 weeks, he was around 56–57 kg.
He chose to keep going.
Today, at the end of his 18-month coaching period, he's 64.5 kg.
Shoulders: 99 → 114 cm
Chest: 84.5 → 91 cm
Biceps: 26 → 31.5 cm
Thighs: +10 cm each
But this isn't an advertisement promising what you'll achieve in 12 weeks.
It's showing you where a 12-week starting point can lead.
Brayden didn't need to know what the next 18 months looked like when he started.
He just needed a starting point, an endpoint and a reason to do the work in between.
That's what the 12 weeks gives you.
We make a plan.
We execute it.
We collect the data.
We learn from it.
And at the end, you choose your next path.
My next 12-week program starts September 7th.
If you'd like to know whether it's the right starting point for you, you can reach out to me or book a complimentary goal-setting session through my website.

Ever find yourself walking into the gym and ending up on the treadmill because you’re not really sure what to do?
Or maybe you’re training three, four, or even five times a week, but still wondering why you’re not seeing the results you expected?
Those are two of the biggest reasons women come to me.
It’s rarely because they don’t want to work hard.
It’s because they’re second-guessing themselves.
Am I lifting enough?
Am I doing the right exercises?
Should I be training like everyone else?
Is what I’m doing actually enough to get results?
Having a plan changes everything.
When you know what to do, why you’re doing it and how to progress, that mental chatter starts to disappear. You can walk into the gym knowing what you’re there to do and get on with it — building confidence session by session.
That’s a big part of what we’ll be working on inside my 12-week Strength & Nutrition Study.
I provide the program, and in our small Saturday coaching sessions I teach you how to do the exercises properly, help you understand how to progress, and answer the questions that inevitably come up.
The goal isn’t for you to need me standing beside you for every workout.
It’s for you to be able to walk into your own gym feeling confident that you know what you’re doing — and that the work you’re putting in is actually moving you forward.
So I’d love to know…
What’s the biggest thing that holds you back in the gym?
Not knowing what to do?
Not knowing if you’re doing it right?
Or feeling like you’re putting in plenty of effort but just not seeing the progress?
And if you’d rather ask privately, my inbox is always open. ❤️

Something has changed in the way I coach.
And I noticed it during a conversation recently.
A woman I coach started asking me about my new 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program.
I answered her questions.
But instead of asking:
“Do you want to do it?”
I asked her something completely different.
“What do you do on Saturday mornings?”
Because my brain had already gone to the next question.
If she was genuinely considering doing these 12 weeks, could she actually attend the Saturday coaching sessions?
We started talking about her routine.
What time does soccer start?
What's happening on Saturdays?
What's changing over the next few weeks?
Because I've become much clearer about something as a coach.
If you want to progress, you need to show up.
Not perfectly.
Life happens.
But consistently enough for me to actually coach you.
Years ago, I probably would have been much quicker to say:
“Don't worry if you can't make the sessions.”
Now I'm much more comfortable saying:
“If you want the result you're telling me you want, this is what I believe you need to do.”
Then we look at your real life and work out whether we can make that happen.
I didn't try to convince her to join.
I actually walked away and let her think about it.
Because I don't need to convince someone that my program is right for them.
I need to understand what they want to achieve, what their life looks like, and whether I genuinely believe I can help them get there.
That's why I start with a complimentary Goal Setting Session.
It's not about me trying to sell you something.
We talk.
I listen.
We look at your goals, your life and what's getting in the way.
And if I believe this program is the right pathway for you, I'll tell you how I think we're going to get there.
My next 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program starts 7 September.
9 places remain.
If you've been thinking about it, you don't need to decide whether you're joining.
Just book the conversation.
Let's work out what you actually need first. ❤️

“Are there workouts in your 12-week program?”
Someone asked me this recently, and of course the answer is YES.
But I actually hesitated for a second before answering.
Not because I wasn't sure. 😂
But because I realised that the workouts are only one part of what I'm actually trying to teach women over these 12 weeks.
Yes, you'll have a structured strength training program.
Yes, I'll teach you how to perform the exercises properly and how to progress your training.
But I also want you to understand how your nutrition supports that training.
I want you to learn how to build balanced meals you actually enjoy.
I want you to understand your habits, your body and the information it's giving you.
And I want you to learn what to do when real life inevitably gets in the way.
Because handing you a workout is easy.
Teaching you how to become someone who knows how to train, eat and look after herself with confidence is very different.
That's what these 12 weeks are really about.
And it's why I don't expect you to decide whether this program is right for you from a social media post.
We start with a conversation.
We'll sit down for a complimentary Goal Setting Session, talk about where you are now, what you want to achieve and what's currently getting in your way.
Then I'll tell you whether I believe this program is the right pathway for you — and if it is, we'll make a plan for how we're going to get you there.
My next 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program starts 7 September.
9 places remain.
If you've been watching and wondering whether this could be for you, maybe it's time we had that conversation. ❤️

Well… that’s it. ❤️
My in-person strength coaching is officially FULL.
And I have to say, that feels pretty special.
I absolutely love coaching these women, and keeping my in-person numbers limited means I can continue giving them the coaching, attention and support that matters so much to me.
But being full doesn’t mean you can’t work with me.
In fact, this is exactly why I’ve been working so hard behind the scenes on the next way I can help women.
My 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program is now open.
It combines strength training, nutrition, healthy habits, education and ongoing coaching to help you build a stronger body — and, importantly, understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.
No quick fixes.
No perfect diets.
No starting again every Monday.
Just 12 weeks of learning how to train, eat and build habits that actually fit your real life.
And if ongoing in-person strength coaching is ultimately where you’d like to end up, you’ll also have the opportunity to join my waitlist when a position becomes available.
If you’ve been thinking about working with me, this is where I’d start.
Have a look at the program below, and if it resonates with you, book a complimentary Goal Setting Session and we’ll have a chat about your goals.

Do you automatically cross your legs before you sneeze?
This week, several women shared something that reminded me just how many women quietly put up with pelvic floor issues.
💬 "My neck hasn't hurt since I started."
💬 "I don't have to wear pads anymore."
💬 "My hip doesn't hurt anymore."
💬 "I can confidently sneeze and cough without having to cross my legs."
These aren't just fitness wins.
They're everyday life wins.
The women I work with don't just come to lift weights.
They learn how to move well, build strength and create habits that support their bodies over the long term.
Strength training is a big part of that.
And for the women who want to take it a step further, I also believe nutrition, recovery and sustainable daily habits play an important role in supporting a healthier, stronger body.
That's why every woman starts with a Complimentary Goal-Setting Session.
We'll talk about where you're at, what's important to you, and I'll explain exactly how I approach coaching so you can decide whether it's the right fit for you.

Something exciting has been happening behind the scenes at Raw Courage...
Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching so many incredible women through my 12-week programs, and every intake has taught me something.
It showed me that women don't just need another diet or another workout.
They need to understand why.
Why strength training matters.
How to fuel their body with confidence.
How to build healthy habits that actually fit real life.
And how to stop second-guessing themselves.
So over the past few months, I've been refining everything I've learnt into one coaching program that brings it all together.
✨ The Raw Courage 12-Week Strength & Nutrition Coaching Program.
This isn't about chasing perfection.
It's about learning the skills to build a stronger, healthier body—and having the support to make those changes last.
I've poured my heart into creating this, and I'm so excited to finally share it.
I'd love you to have a look.
If it resonates with you, book a complimentary Goal Setting Session and let's chat about your goals.
