Last Sunday was a pretty special event🇬🇧🧘‍♂️

I had the privilege to run a Newbie Nation pop-up in London with my family and friends.

This time last year I visited home a shell of myself. I had just quit a toxic job, didn’t have any friends in Perth and had completely lost my confidence. I came home not knowing what my next move was going to be, all I had was a facebook group I was too chicken to launch.

This year I’ve got my spark back. I’ve been able to come home and share my passion and purpose with my loved ones.

I truly believe my purpose is to help people connect and I’m so grateful I get to do that now every single week. Newbie Nation has changed my whole world and I can’t wait to keep growing and reaching more people struggling in Perth (and maybe even further afield!)

Thank you so much for a beautiful yoga class🧡 for anyone living or visiting London, Brianna teaches every week in Hampstead Heath so make sure to check out her classes! London can feel extremely lonely but Brianna is helping people move and connect outside in one of my favourite spots in London!🧘‍♂️👏🏻

A community is built step by step. For this social it was hybrid stations, sore legs, and a recovery session that turned into a two hour chat.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need a mate to come with. You just need to show up and step out of your comfort zone🧡

Handstands were easy as kids, but now you’re an adult and probably haven’t attempted one in years…Well strength building should be fun, and handstands are a pretty fun to build strength.

We’ve got the amazing Vaughan Thompson running our workshop who has dedicated his career to helping you stand on your hands! We’ll go through a range of mobility and body weight exercises to get you upside down and stable!
