BellySoma Melbourne is on this Sunday 3rd of May at Ella Rose studio in Fairfield 12 noon to 6pm. Nested within this day long training workshop is a powerful 90-minute drum workshop that dancers can attend with our awesome live drumming by Sam and Philip. That's on between 2:30pm to 4pm at Ella Rose studio cost $120, please let me know if you'd like to come along! We will be dancing eight Egyptian goddess rhythms. 🪘🌴🎉❤️

Dear dancers my Perth workshop is the very BellySoma series of trainings worldwide. The date is Sunday, 26 April 2026 at the blue Lotus room. Kindly note we have an 11 am start and go until 5 pm. I can't wait to share more with you. This is deep work beautifully healing and perfect for teachers, coaches or simply for those who wish to discover tools for life for their own wellness through dance.

Dear dancers joining my BellySoma Teacher Training one day / 6 hour workshops... a few important things!

Firstly, it's not necessarily just for teachers, as many dancers come to this workshop for personal enrichment and to learn to embody the healing pathways. Either way, you'll have tools for a lifetime.

Secondly, the music comes in three distinct playlists that I've created & curated from my NEW original music:

- Ambient
- Classical
- Fusion

So you can play around with your playlists and pick and choose the music you like best!

Lastly, I keep these workshops between 6 to 12 people maximum because it's quite deep bodywork, and it's a live, hands-on experience where there's a lot of feedback and personal attention.

Our workshop weekend is 27-28 Sep! My new 3 hour "Al Nagum" workshop dives into classical Egyptian Raqs Sharqi musicality with a new choreo & music recorded in Cairo. It's only being taught in Perth once this year, Sat 27 Sep 10am-1pm. After this, I'll be teaching this workshop in 6 cities/festivals (Melbourne, Darwin, Denpasar, Singapore, Cairo & KL).
