BRAZIL JOURNEY – DAY 1 ⚽
Our first full day in Brazil was everything we had hoped for... and more.
The morning began with our first training session, where the boys got their first taste of Brazilian football. New surroundings, different conditions, and plenty of excitement as they settled into what would become an unforgettable week.
In the afternoon, we visited the iconic Maracanã Stadium—one of the most famous football stadiums in the world. Walking through the players' tunnel, standing pitch-side, and learning about the incredible history of Brazilian football was something our players will never forget.
For many of the boys, this was the moment it all became real.
This wasn't just a football tour...
It was the beginning of an experience that would inspire them both on and off the pitch.
Tomorrow... our first match and the official IberCup Opening Ceremony.

Every training session, every match and every moment has taught our players something new.
We leave with tired legs, full hearts and a commitment to bring the Brazilian spirit, creativity, passion and joy, back to Australia.
