Meet Alinta - the newest coach at UBX Margaret River 🥊⚡️
Most of you already know her, as she’s been a member since day one, and now she’s officially joining the coaching team.
With a background in running, CrossFit and strength training, Alinta brings the best energy to the gym and genuinely loves helping people train hard and feel confident doing it.
She’s especially passionate about women’s training, how it differs from men’s, and how hormones, age and women’s health can impact performance and recovery. Plus she’s an absolute weapon when it comes to strength and technique coaching.
We’re SO pumped to have her on the team. YEWWWW 🤝🔥
