The scale shouldn’t decide how you feel about yourself.. but for a lot of people including myself, it does.
One number goes up and suddenly:
* “What’s the point, I’ve ruined everything.”
* “I need to restrict more or do extra cardio.”
* “I’ll just start again next week.”
And just like that… your whole mindset shifts.
The scale only shows the total weight it doesn’t show…
✔️your effort
✔️your habits
✔️your body composition changing (fat ↓ muscle ↑)
✔️hormone fluctuations
If your mood depends on it, you’re giving it too much power.
Focus on what you can control đź§ and stop letting a number run your mindset.
