Starting Thursday 23 July, this 5-week term is designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body and find your village alongside other local mums who are navigating the same season of life.

💰 $150 for the 5-week term

Expect gentle, postnatal-friendly Pilates, plenty of cuddles, shared laughs and a supportive community that gets it. Because motherhood is better when you don’t do it alone. 🤍
