This August, Stirling Karate is proud to support Karate Australia Karate Against Bullying initiative.

Next week, we’re inviting our students to bring up to two friends to train for FREE on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday during their normal class time.

Together, we’ll learn practical skills for handling tricky situations while building the confidence, courage, respect, self-control and resilience that karate develops both on and off the mat.
