As you should know by now - I love training upper body... but push ups unfortunately are one of my least favourite exercises 🀨😬 I still do them. I grind my teeth and get them done βœ… makes it better if you add few weird twists to them πŸ€ͺ

Why the number on the scales isn’t always the best way of tracking your progress? 🧐Cause weight can fluctuate in so many reasons and scales won’t know, if that is fat or muscle, that you’re carrying 😏
11 weeks and ONLY 2kg-s lost. But also gained 0,8kg muscle and dropped over 4% of bodyfat πŸ’ͺ now that’s so much better, then just looking at the number on the scales βš–οΈ 😁

It doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger πŸ’ͺπŸ™ƒ
Couple of years ago I had a goal - do a chin up without assistance! Took me awhile, but I got there 😁 now my PB is 8. 8! (Not on this video, but I did it πŸ€ͺ). So what I’m saying? Nothing happens overnight. And it is never gonna happen if you give up πŸ˜‰
