She runs a team of forty and forgets to eat until 3pm. Then she wonders why she cannot stop eating all night.
If that is you, this is not a discipline problem.
When you run on coffee and adrenaline until mid afternoon, your blood sugar bottoms out and your stress hormone climbs just to keep you standing.
Your body reads a skipped meal as a threat.
So by the time you get home, you are underfed and completely wired.
The night raid is your body chasing the fuel and the calm it never got all day. It was set up hours earlier, at your desk.
You are the strong one for everyone but yourself. Being the capable one all day has a quiet cost, and this is where it shows up.
What time did you actually last eat today?
Be honest with me in the comments. x

She lost 7 kilos in 8 weeks and she was eating more, not less.
Two months ago she started with me. Her words are in the screenshot.
The daily coffee she leaned on and the after-work snacking have fallen away, and she did not even set out to cut them.
She just started fuelling her body properly, and the props she needed to cope quietly stopped calling.
She is walking most days, she is down 7.1 kilos, and her goal was 8. So she is basically there. No perfect days. Cravings that are now distant instead of loud.
And the part I am proudest of?
Her next focus is her stress and the old beliefs she has carried for years because the weight was never the whole job.
Could not be prouder of this one.
Send her some love in the comments. x

If you're 45 and the weight won't move, I can almost promise you it's not that you're not trying hard enough.
Here are the real reasons, the ones no one sits you down and explains.
You wake at 3am and can't get back to sleep, night after night, for years.
Your body has been switched on the whole time, cortisol high, blood sugar unsettled, and the weight sits around your middle and won't budge.
You're eating too little, not too much.
Skipped breakfast, a coffee for lunch, then everything at night, and your body reads the whole day as a shortage and holds on tighter.
The women I coach aren't overeating, they're under-eating all day and wondering why nothing shifts and the real one.
You've never actually been shown how your own body works.
Fifty diets and not one person explained cortisol, blood sugar and oestrogen in plain words.
Not a powder, not an app, just how the thing works so you can stop fighting it.
That's where it finally starts to change.
So which one landed?
Tell me the number that felt like I was reading your diary.
One, two or three. You're not the only one, not by a long way.

She said it like a confession.
I eat well all day and undo it at night. I hear it almost every week.
Good all day, then the sun goes down and she's pouring a glass and standing at the pantry, calling it a lack of discipline. It isn't.
She skips meals through the day, runs on stress and caffeine, and by night her body is starving and wired at the same time.
Of course she eats.
Anyone would. Night eating isn't a willpower leak.
It's what happens when you've under-fuelled all day and used food and wine to come down from the pressure.
The fix isn't more control at nine o'clock. It's eating enough earlier, and looking at what she's actually decompressing from.
For most women I coach, the night eating sits on top of something older. Grief, pressure, years of being the one who holds everyone together.
You can hand her a meal plan, but until she looks at what she's soothing every night, nothing sticks.
This is the real work we do in Bali, and there are only a few rooms left. Third to eighth of September in Seminyak.
Comment RETREAT and I'll send you the page. Women arrive as strangers and leave as soul sisters.

She walked in the door frazzled, tipped real food into a bowl, reheated it, and ate.
No decision.
No takeaway.
That six o'clock moment in front of the fridge, empty tank, nothing decided, is where most women undo a good day.
Not because they lack willpower, but because they're exhausted and there's no plan.
This week inside Life Upgrade we did the boring thing that fixes it.
We cooked ahead.
Slow-cooker dump bags she tips straight in before work.
A breakfast casserole the family actually fights over. Real food with flavour, not sad diet food.
She came home, reheated what she'd already made, ate properly and slept better. That's the whole trick.
When the food is already done, the night eating loses its grip, because you're not making twenty decisions on no fuel.
The women prepping this week are the ones telling me they're sleeping better and the weight is finally starting to shift.
Nothing changes if nothing changes, and this is the smallest change that changes everything.
So tell me, what's your one reliable meal?
The dinner you could make with your eyes shut after the worst kind of day.
Drop it below, I'm collecting them for the group.
