πŸ€ EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN

Diamond High Performance is launching a Basketball High Performance Program for aspiring athletes ready to take their development seriously.

This is more than basketball coaching. It combines individualised strength and conditioning with consistent on-court development, giving athletes a complete performance environment similar to what they would experience in a college or professional program.

Athletes will receive:

πŸ‹οΈ Individualised physical preparation
πŸ€ One on-court basketball session each week
πŸ“‹ Individual on-court development plan and independent work
🎯 Goal setting and mindset support
πŸŽ₯ Film review and basketball education
πŸ“… Guidance around scheduling and overall training

The program will be led by Diamond Head of Performance Corban Wroe, combining his professional strength and conditioning expertise with his experience as a former Perth Wildcats player.

We first piloted this approach with Emilie Beggs, who is now competing on a full scholarship at the University of San Francisco. We’re now preparing to open the program to a limited number of aspiring basketball athletes.

Founding intake: $99 per week until late November
Standard program price: $119 per week

Full program details and confirmed start dates will be announced shortly.

Interested? Submit the contact form via the link in our bio and enquire about the Basketball High Performance Program.

Why does strength & conditioning matter? πŸ’ͺ

It’s about more than just getting bigger and stronger.

Strength & conditioning prepares your body for the demands of your sport, helping you move better, perform at your best, and reduce your risk of injury.

Whether you’re chasing selection, aiming for a PB, or simply wanting to become a more complete athlete, building a strong foundation is where it starts.

Corban explains how strength & conditioning underpins everything you do in sport.
