Boulderfest 2026 💥 I honestly wasn't sure I'd ever climb at this competition again, let alone in a finals. I was a late entrant as I had some other business in Brissy and I thought let's go have fun and support my long term sponsors Scarpa Australia ❤️ Surprised myself in Qualifications feeling pretty strong. Unfortunately while I seem to be able to have strong qualifications this year, I can NOT recover the next day and that's where I feel the age gap 😂 I could barely walk and raise my arms over my head in finals 😂 Never had my glutes and biceps been this sore LOL! It was a bit of a train wreck but I still had my chances, dropping the top on B1 and B2 just choosing awful foot beta and powering out but performing well on the boulder. B3 hmm I will never catch a toe dynamically again after breaking my ankle doing that, sorry PTSD. B4, just too cooked 🍚 🍳
