Assistant to Operations Managers – Shorewater Marine Pty Ltd

Shorewater Marine Pty Ltd is looking for a bright, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to our Operations Managers.

This role has been created to support our operations supervisors and help ease the day-to-day workload across the business. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and being part of a supportive team environment.

About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with our operations team, assisting with a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

-Onboarding new personnel and organising documentation
-General administration and record keeping
-Assisting with report writing and documentation
-Supporting day-to-day operational needs
-Liaising with customers and stakeholders
-Assisting with marketing and digital/social media activities

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident communicating with both team members and clients
Proactive and willing to learn
Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Experience in administration, marketing, or digital media is highly regarded, but not essential.

Shorewater Marine is experiencing rapid growth and is excited to announce that we are now operating 11 teams specializing in topside marine maintenance and commercial dive operations. We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team in the following roles:

- Commercial Divers
- Commercial Diving Supervisors
- Topside Marine Labour

With bases in Busselton and Esperance, and projects spanning Perth and regional/remote locations, there are ample opportunities for those eager to engage in a variety of work.
