Keen to sign up for Walking Football? Click the link below and see where there's a hub that works for you.

Walking Football is a low-impact, modified version of football (soccer) where players walk instead of run on a smaller pitch. It’s designed to be a safer and more accessible way to enjoy the game, suitable for all ages and fitness levels, particularly men over 50 and women over 40.

The game focuses on skill, control, and passing rather than speed, and is perfect for anyone who still loves the sport and wants to stay active in a fun, social environment.

The sport continues to thrive in WA, with a number of local players shining at the IWFF Walking Football World Championships in Brisbane earlier this year.

There was heartache for the CommBank Socceroos this morning as their FIFA World Cup run ended on penalties against Egypt.

The last 32 tie in Dallas finished 1-1 after extra-time, before the Pharaohs advanced 4-2 on penalties to set up a meeting with reigning world champions Argentina.

West Aussie defender Alessandro Circati played the full game for Australia, with Cam Burgess among the substitutes.

Despite the 2am WST kick-off time, supporters again packed Northbridge Piazza for the game.
