10 years ago, I started my yoga journey, and little did I know it was going to change my life in the way it has. I never started yoga with the intention to teach; I just used to attend classes. But after a few classes, and meeting the most amazing, inspiring yoga teacher, I started to understand why people fall in love with yoga.
I completed my training in Bali in 2019 and started teaching straight away. I set up my business in my hometown, but then COVID came and everything went online.
Following this, I moved away, and I have continued with first class of yogis online. I am so grateful that this class has stayed with me the whole time. We have created a beautiful community, and I look forward to this class every week. It is the only time I can get away with wearing whatever I want, which is an added bonus now I have a baby and time to get ready is limited.
I have had a few messages lately regarding my online class, so I wanted to share the details with you all.
This class is suitable for everyone, and modifications are given throughout. It really is up to you how much you doβif you want to just breathe for a few poses, that is totally fine.
If you would like to join us on Tuesdays at 7:15 pm, please drop me a message.

It has been a long time since I posted and used my yoga social media. I am still here and teach yoga 3 times a week, but with a full time job on top of this, my social media has took a backseat.
I am at the end of my pregnancy and today I started the morning with a beautiful yoga practice. My practice is very different now, breathwork, gentle stretches and meditation.
Being pregnant I feel so incredibly proud, proud of my body, proud of myself for showing up and proud of all the yogis who have continued to practice with me. I have finished teaching my classes and I can't help but reflect on my yoga journey and all that yoga has given me. At the beginning of pregnancy I found it difficult, mentally and physically, wondered if I would be able to carry on with my yoga and fitness. This is my medicine and without it, I really start to loose myself. I have continued to go to the gym up until I was 38 weeks with my husband doing strength based training twice a week and I felt so strong, he empowered me to keep going. I remember calling a good friend over in Australia at the beginning of my pregnancy and she said to me how she kept moving up to the end of her pregnancy, I am not sure if she realises how much she has inspired me, she has always been in the back of my mind when I have wanted to give up. I am so grateful to her and our friendship.
Movement is so so important, whatever chapter in life you are in, remember to keep moving.
Today I am grateful ππ

Last night was my last yoga class in Tamworth, it really has been the most amazing and rewarding journey. I am extremely grateful for all the wonderful souls who have joined my classes and shared this journey with me. I have watched you all grow and evolve into the yogis you all are today. We have laughed together, we have cried together, we have built strong friendships and we have supported each other throughout. I have learnt so much from you all as a teacher and I know you have all learnt so much from this journey too! When I started this journey I really never thought I would build such an amazing little yoga community π§ββοΈ
For now this journey will be online and then it will embark in person in my new location. This has been such a difficult decision for me, but I know it is the right one.
To all my yogis, continue setting intentions, practice gratitude, be kind to yourself, show yourself love and remember what we have learnt on the mat we take with us throughout our life. You are all amazing and I am incredibly proud of you all.
Receiving the beautiful flowers and my fizz my heart couldn't be any more full π₯Ίπ₯Ί

First self practice this morning for over 2 weeks and wow does it feel good. I have missed my daily practices so much, I have been super run down, so I have listened to my body and not pushed my self. So important to do this if you are not feeling good. I turned my energy and focus to reading and revising for my maths exam.
This was the longest I had not done yoga for, since starting my yoga journey, I noticed my mood was lower and I felt at times lost and unbalanced. I know yoga is what works for me and helps me daily. Today after practice I felt amazing, I feel so grateful to be able to step on the mat and be able to breathe and flow, being my authentic self, feeling alive and free.
Mental health is so important, without my yoga I really do find it more challenging to process thoughts and emotions. We all have to find what works for ourselves and look after our mental health, even more important during these strange times. Yoga may not work for you but what ever it is, running, workouts in the gym, go do it, notice how you feel after. Make time for you and never give up on yourself because you all deserve all the peace and happiness in the world π
Sending lots of love and blessings to you all ππ

Sometimes you think you can see clearly where you life is going and then the next minute you are thrown in a completely different direction. I am going to be honest, this is what is happeneing to me right now.
The past couple of weeks I have met up with some truly special friends. Friends that were there and part of my travelling journey, these friends may not even realise that they have been there for me without even knowing it, at a time I needed them most. I just so happened to have these reunions planned at this time.......just being around them, has given me so much clarity and has reminded me of where I was many years ago to where I am now and that no matter what life throws at me there is always a light.
The past couple of days when being on my mat, I have brought my awareness to grattitude and have reminded my self of the many wonderful things I have in my life and there is many π
Thank you to my beautiful friends, thank you to my amazing yogis who inspire me every week, thank you to yoga for giving me my daily medication.
And heres just a throwback of me in the Lake District, where I spent a weekend with the truest souls.
A reminder to you all, life has many ups and downs, phases and cycles, don't fight them, just breathe and flow with them ππ
