📣 IMPORTANT RE-REGISTRATION REMINDER 📣

A reminder to all current junior players who have not yet re-registered for the upcoming season.

Registrations must be completed by Wednesday, 2nd September. (Next Week)

If you have not registered by this deadline, we will unfortunately need to assume that you do not wish to retain your position, and your place may be offered to a new player.

We currently have a number of new players patiently waiting to find out whether positions will become available, and it is no longer fair for us to keep them waiting while places remain unconfirmed.

We absolutely want to give our current players every opportunity to return, but we also need to finalise teams and provide certainty to everyone involved.

If you intend to play this summer season, please make sure your registration is completed by Wednesday, 2nd September to secure your position.

We have also added the payment plan as an option to register to make things a little easier.

If you have any further financial difficulties please do not hesitate to email, as we do not want anyone under financial pressure, we just need to know if you definitely want your position.

Registrations for our upcoming VJBL Tryouts are now OPEN!

Please register for tryouts via the PlayHQ links below!

Within the PlayHQ links you will be able to find information on the tryout process, as well as the VJBL Fee's for next season.

We can confirm VJBL fee's will see an increase to an all-inclusive price of $1200, including GST. This includes:
- Sunday training court hire, starting October 18th 2026
- Midweek training court hire, starting October 20th, 2026
- Practice Games
- Home games fees- Court hire, referees, supervisors
- Away games fees- ALL team sheet fees, including Grading/Crossover games, Championship games and Finals.
- Two tournaments- Southern Peninsula in November and EDJBT in January
- Uniform for Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Manager
- Player, Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Manager admission to End of Season Celebration and Presentation

A sibling discount of 10% for the 2nd and subsequent players from the same family will be applied

If offered a position on a Pakenham Warriors team, an Acceptance fee of $300 will be due on 15/10/26. Subsequent $300 instalments will be due on 15/12/26, 15/2/27 and 15/4/27, thus spreading the cost over 6 months for all families.

Accounts finalised before 31/12/26 receive an Adult Big V membership- granting free access to all Big V Home Games during the 2027 Season (limit 1 per family)

Please do not share this link as players have been allocated and only these players will be given a spot on the team. Important Notice for all Players,Parents, Coaches and TM's:

Can we ask that you all please remind your members of the correct procedure to deal with issues, concerns and complaints as below:

If there is an issue during a game with the officiating, score bench, opposition team etc, a Coach or Team Manager can seek out a Referee Supervisor or Court Supervisor to assist.
Parents who are not the Coach or Team Manager may not request a Supervisor on a game.

If a Coach or Team Manager would like to submit a formal complaint or express their concerns about a game/situation, they may do so by contacting their Domestic Club, who will forward appropriate information to the Competitions Manager and Referee Program Manager where required.
Coaches, Team Managers and parents are not to directly contact the Competitions Manager or Referee Program Manager.
