We’re stoked to be part of the Gippy Girls Can All Ladies Ride at Omeo MTB Park on Saturday 26 September.

At Gravity Dirt Co, getting more people out riding is what we’re about. Being 50% female owned, with women as an important part of our crew, means this one feels especially close to home. It’s up to you if you want to ride the pink shuttle - that may be taking things too far?

Come jump on our female-crewed shuttle, meet some new riding buddies and get a lap in with us.

We’re running a special event price of $20 for a single uplift to the top of Mt Sam, and everyone riding with Gravity Dirt Co will score a goodie bag, supported by some great partners including The Bicycle Corporation and KRUSH .

From the top, choose your ride:

🔥 Miss Adventure
The spicier option. Fast, flowy, rocky and technical in parts, with around 24km all up including the return climb and ride back to town.

🤘 Bangers and Thrash
A shorter option with a fun 12km ride back into Omeo.

Wheels roll at 9.30am.

Come with your mates, come solo, come to push yourself, or just come for a really good day on the bike.

🗓️ From Friday 18 September through to Sunday 4 October, the shuttles are running daily and we can’t wait to see some familiar faces back on the hill and welcome plenty of new ones to the Omeo trails.

Huge congrats to the winning bidders in the Friends of the Mitta auction! 🎉

The auction raised an incredible $10,000, and Friends of the Mitta will be celebrating on the water 🛶 on 27 September - which would be a pretty great addition to spending the AFL GF weekend in and around Omeo. Check out the FOTM page for all the details.

We’re excited to be part of the Gippy Girls Can ride with Ride Omeo on 26 Sept.

We’re always on hand to make sure everyone feels welcome and gets the most out of their day. If you have any questions about the trails, the town, the shuttles just get in touch.

🚵‍♀️ Gippy Girls Can — All Ladies Ride! 💜

📍 Omeo MTB Park

Grab the crew, bring the stoke, and come ride with us for a special all ladies ride as part of Gippy Girls Can Month — a Gippsland-wide celebration helping women and girls get active in welcoming, social and pressure-free ways.
Riders will have access to a discounted single or all day pass shuttle to the top of Mt Sam, where you’ll have two ride options to choose from:

🔥 Option 1: Miss Adventure
Built predominantly by an all-female trail crew, Miss Adventure is the spicy choice — fast, flowy sections, rock gardens, optional tech lines and plenty of trail character. This one’s not for the faint-hearted though… after the fun comes a cruisy 10km climb back to the summit before making your way back to town. Expect around 24km total if you ride Miss Adventure and return to town.

🤘 Option 2: Bangers and Thrash
Keen for a shorter roll back? Drop into Bangers and Thrash and follow your way back to town for a fun 12km ride with good vibes all the way home.
Whether you’re here to push your limits, meet other riders, or simply enjoy a day out on the bike, this ride is all about connection, confidence and getting more women out on trails.
No ego. No pressure. Just bikes, dirt and good times. 💪✨

Wheels roll at 9:30am, so you’ll be back down in plenty of time for the AFL kick-off… or, if the dirt is calling louder than the siren, leave the hubby and kids in charge of the BBQ and keep the good times rolling all day. 🚵‍♀️🔥🏉

Who’s up for a midweek Omeo ride?

We’ve got riders keen to get some midweek shuttles rolling:

We’re part way to a shuttle crew for both weeks but just need a few more riders to hit minimum numbers and make it happen.

A right royal day out. 👑

Thanks Club M.U.D Ballarat Mtb Club for inviting us along to Round 3 of King of Ballarat.

We came, we watched, we talked bikes, handed out a few Omeo discounts and caught up with some old friends (while making plenty of new ones).

Safe to say, we were impressed. Great racing, great people and one feisty little hill.

Thanks to everyone who stopped for a chat, shared some local knowledge or listened to us bang on about Omeo. We hope we’ll get to return the welcome on our hill soon.
