Your set up to a lift is your foundation. If that foundation is compromised then the lift is compromised.
Every time you approach a lift don’t rush. Go through a check list get yourself set and then go.
Weight lifting isn’t a race . Take your time and get it right.

Bar set up is the first critical step when approaching to lift.
If we are positioned to far from the bar this will alter our technique and place us a risk for injury.
When the bars line of force is positioned forward of our midfoot, an increased rotational force is placed on our lower back. When the force is greater then what our body can handle, this is where injury can occur.
Take way tip:
Always check your set up and positioning
Don’t rush, weightlifting isn’t a race

Over dominate internal rotation strength of the shoulder is a key contributor to kyphosis.
As the anterior chest muscles become over dominant they tighten and pull the shoulders forward create a rounding through the upper back.
To compensate this performing mobility around the shoulder joint and upper back. As well as utilising a 1 to 2 ratio. For ever 1 chest exercise compensate it with 2 back exercises.
