Want to feel genuinely confident treating the head, neck and jaw? This is exactly why I created these courses.
They’re practical, hands-on training days where I break down the techniques I use every day in clinic, step by step - then give you the opportunity to practise them in real patient scenarios.
We cover the front and back of the neck, face, jaw and intraoral techniques, with a big focus on anatomy, pressure, positioning and understanding what you’re actually feeling beneath your hands.
And one of my favourite parts? You get to be the patient too. Because I truly believe experiencing these techniques yourself makes you a better practitioner.
My next Brisbane training days are running in October and December, with courses designed for dermal therapists, massage therapists and physios.
I absolutely LOVE teaching this stuff and I want you to leave feeling confident enough to start applying what you’ve learnt in clinic straight away.
Places are limited - head to the link in my bio to see the upcoming training dates 💕
Move Better
At Move Better, I want your body to be able to function and move to the best of its ability.
Using treatment techniques and exercises tailored to you, I can help you build strength/flexibility where you need it, so you can achieve optimal mobility.
Every artist coming through Brisbane needs this on their pre-show schedule 🎤
I had the absolute pleasure of treating Tania Doko from Bachelor Girl before their Brisbane show - working through the jaw, neck and surrounding tissues to get everything feeling free before she hit the stage.
For singers, your voice is your instrument. The jaw, neck, tongue and surrounding muscles are all part of the picture, which is why I LOVE working with vocalists before they perform.
So, artists coming through Brisbane - you know where to find me.
And if you were at the Bachelor Girl show… how incredible did Tania sound?! 🥹
Your treatment doesn’t end when you leave the room 👏
One of my favourite parts of treating is giving clients a few simple things they can actually do at home to keep working with the areas we’ve just released.
For this client, that means stretching through the tissue around the neck and cheek, plus working through a few intraoral trigger points to help with jaw tension.
Nothing complicated. Nothing that takes 30 minutes a day. Just knowing where to work and how to work with your own tissue.
Save this for your next jaw tension day.
One of the dreamier parts of training with me? You get to be the client too 🤝
When I trained Katje in Nashville, I didn’t just teach her the techniques. I treated her so she could actually feel the pressure, angles and releases herself before applying them to her own clients.
I’m bringing this same hands-on approach to Brisbane this October with two training days:
October 16 - Head, Neck + Jaw Training for Dermal Therapists
October 22 - Head, Neck + Jaw Training for Massage Therapists
You’ll watch it, learn it, feel it and then put it into practice.
Spots are limited. Book via the link in my bio or DM me with any questions.
If you’ve ever had your jaw lock, you’ll know it’s not something you want to experience twice 😅
Here I’m working through an intraoral release and showing exactly what I’m looking for as I go - where I’m applying pressure, how I monitor the client’s response, and why more pressure isn’t always better.
Jaw treatment is never just about finding the sore spot and pushing harder. Knowing the anatomy, reading the tissue and adapting to the person in front of you is everything.
Save this one if you’re a practitioner working with jaw tension, clenching or TMJ symptoms.
This is what a Head, Neck + Jaw training day with me actually looks like 👆
We break the treatment down step by step - individual releases, anatomy, trigger points, pressure and technique - before bringing it all together.
Very hands-on, very practical and designed so you leave feeling confident enough to actually use what you’ve learnt with your clients.
I have two training days coming up in Brisbane this October for Dermal Therapists and Massage Therapists.
Head to the link in my bio for all the details, or send me a DM if you’re not sure which training is right for you.
The best way to learn hands-on treatment? See it. Feel it. Do it.
That’s exactly how I structured my training day with Katje from Catalyst Beauty in Nashville. 🇺🇸
We started with a full head, neck + jaw treatment, broke it down technique by technique, then Katje experienced the releases herself before putting everything into practice on real clients.
Because knowing where to put your hands is one thing. Understanding the pressure, anatomy and reasoning behind it is what builds confidence.
Such a special way to wrap up my US training trip. 🤍
If you’re a therapist interested in learning head, neck + jaw treatment with me, send me a DM.
Hours at a computer can show up in places you wouldn’t expect.
Stuart Crichton is a music producer and songwriter based in LA, and we found significant tension through his chest, neck and jaw from long periods spent working at a screen.
By releasing through the SCM, chest and muscles inside and outside the jaw, we were able to improve his positioning and take some of that load off the whole area.
A good reminder that jaw tension rarely starts and ends at the jaw. 🤍
Want to feel more confident treating the head, neck and jaw?
This is a practical, hands-on training designed for massage therapists who want skills they can use immediately.
We’ll work through a full treatment, break down every technique, then put it all into practice on a real patient.
📅 22 October | Limited places available.
Book via the link in my bio, or send me a DM if you have any questions. I’d love to see you there. 🤍
