STOP SETTLING FOR "FINE" 🧭

Welcome! If you’re seeing this, you’ve caught me at the start of a 90-day journey into Emotional Precision. As a coach, I know that when we are "all over the place," it’s usually because we haven't named what we are actually feeling. We’re using the 'How We Feel' framework (The Yale RULER approach) to map our internal world across four quadrants:

🔴 RED: The zone of friction and high-stakes energy.
🟡 YELLOW: The zone of momentum and achievement.
🔵 BLUE: The zone of reflection and renewal.
🟢 GREEN: The zone of stability and calm.

The Challenge:
Every day for the next 90 days, I’m posting one specific emotion, its definition, and a prompt for you. We are moving from emotional "guessing" to emotional "precision."
