Over the past few months, Bernadette has absolutely been putting in the work. She’s dropped over 10kg, shown incredible consistency in training, and recently stepped onto the platform for her very first powerlifting competition where she absolutely crushed it.

What’s even better? She’s not stopping there. Bernadette is now deep into preparation for her first sanctioned powerlifting competition, continuing to build strength, confidence, and momentum every week.
