You don’t get this every day. 👀⚾️

Clemson University opened every door and gave us a behind-the-scenes look at some seriously impressive facilities, and a glimpse into college baseball.

And because this trip clearly wasn’t done surprising us, we got to hang with Brett Allen the wonderfromdownunda and his Texas Tailgaters teammates and get a glimpse behind the scenes of Banana Ball…safe to say, the hype is real. 🍌⚾️

The boys also got to chat with Adam Bates, currently playing in MiLB, adding another pretty special baseball connection to the trip.

Different places. Different people. Different sides of the game.

And somehow, one very lucky group of Aussie baseballers getting to experience it all. 🇦🇺⚾️

Wowzers. What a trip. 🤯

Plenty to be proud of. 💪⚾️

A game stretched across two days, multiple weather delays, and even a game of volleyball in between—but this team just kept showing up.

The result wasn’t ours, but these boys continue to show incredible grit and resilience, and they should be proud of the way they’ve represented Australia. 💛💙

Brisbane North represented Australia with heart and hustle on Wednesday at the Senior League Baseball World Series in Easley, SC, falling 7-0 to a tough Caribbean squad. While the scoreboard didn't go their way, the young Aussies showed plenty of grit against elite competition on the world stage.

Archer Petersen led the charge, going 2-for-3 at the plate and also turning in a scoreless inning on the mound, a strong all-around effort. Starter William Bain battled through four solid innings, mixing in a strikeout and keeping his team in the game until Caribbean broke things open with a big sixth inning. Relievers Lachlan Richards and Tirrell Waiwai stepped up to finish the game, gaining valuable experience on one of the sport's biggest stages.

Turns out baseball players are pretty handy at volleyball too! 🏐😄

While the rain hangs around, teams are keeping busy and the tournament atmosphere is still going strong.

Now… if only the weather would get the memo. 🌧️⚾🇦🇺

Meanwhile, our game seems to be stuck in the Disney+ matrix… 👀…so isn’t appearing just yet 🤷‍♀️

2.30am UPDATE: 🌧️ It wouldn’t be summer in the South without a little rain delay!

Mother Nature has decided to make an appearance, so games are temporarily on hold while the clouds do their thing.

A huge thank you to the tournament staff, volunteers and ground crews working tirelessly to keep the World Series rolling. We can’t wait to see the boys back out there! 💪
