🏈Muswellbrook Junior Rugby 2026 Presentation 🏈

This morning we celebrated our 2026 season, and what a season it has been! 💚

After 16 years off the pitch, we were so incredibly proud to field two teams this year — and didn’t they show up! 👏

We are so grateful for the trust that was placed in us in our first year back. The whole Heeler’s family has thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the season and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support, friendships and memories we have made along the way.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing sponsors. Without your support, we simply wouldn’t have been able to get back up and running. We thank every single one of you for believing in us and supporting our club. We hope our Heeler Pups made you all proud! 🐾💚

The U10’s travel to Marcellin Park to take on Maitland Junior Rugby with their game kicking off at 9AM

This weekend saw two of our U10’s travel to The Kings School in Sydney as apart of the NSW Rugby State Gala Day Weekend. Congratulations to Ioane Da Silva and Hugh Scholes.

Ioane dictated the midfield in all his games over the weekend in a strong Wildfires outfit. Ioane helped power them to victories in four of their six games over Mid North Coast, Randwick, Warringah and Gordon with his fierce tackling and scything runs. These displays saw Ioane awarded the best back within the Wildfires team, a massive honour for a kid who has only just this year turned his hand to Rugby Union.

Hugh excelled in the tight over the weekend, playing extremely well as a part of a dominant Central North Kookaburras team who went through the weekend undefeated. Starting the weekend with a draw with Penrith, following that up with some close wins over West Harbour & also Mid North Coast and some truly dominate displays over Central West, Central Coast and Sydney Uni. Hugh's work rate throughout the weekend was second to none with him hitting rucks and carrying strongly.

We are so proud of the boys! 🏉🙌🏻

Little Legends Program - CALLED OFF!

Unfortunately the club has had to make the difficult decision to cancel today’s final session of the Little Legends program due to continued wet weather 🌧️

The club would like to Thank all our Little Legends that took part in this season sessions and hope to see you all again at our next program.

If your still needing your Saturday Rugby Fix our seniors lads Muswellbrook Heelers RUFC kick off at 3pm today with our Ladies Day Event moving forward rain, hail or shine!
