Join .denman and experience the magic of our candlelit yin class in our warm cosy studio.
This slow grounding practice is designed to release your muscles, calm your nervous system and relax through restorative poses held for 3-5mins to gently unwind. You will leave feeling grounded, lighter and relaxed with some complementary wellness herbal tea after your practice.
