Special Olympics Ballarat We currently run Basketball, Aquatics, gymnastics and Golf we will be adding more sports as our team grows.

We cater for athletes aged 8 and over with an intellectual disability and or ASD.

The Final Leg is one of the signature events of the Special Olympics National Games, held every four years. Law Enforcement Officers carry the ‘Flame of Hope’ across Australia, culminating in the lighting of the cauldron at the Opening Ceremony.

Join us for some exciting basketball training at Phoenix College! We offer specialized sessions designed for athletes with intellectual disabilities and autism during the school term. Our training takes place every Sunday during the school term from 10:30am to 12:00pm and the cost is just $7. For more information, feel free to reach out to Nicole Strickland at [email protected].
