Nobody talks about the quiet, confusing grief that can come with watching your body change. 🤍
You are thrilled beyond words to bring this baby into the world. You feel so grateful. But at the exact same time? You miss your energy. You miss feeling comfortable in your own skin. You miss your old routine, your strength, and feeling like you.
And then comes the guilt for even having those thoughts in the first place.
Here is what I want you to hold onto today: Two conflicting truths can exist at the very same time.
You can love your baby fiercely and still grieve the version of yourself that existed before pregnancy. You can be deeply thankful for your body growing a human and still feel overwhelmed by how much it’s shifting.
Holding space for how hard pregnancy can be doesn't mean you love your baby any less. It just means you’re human.
Swipe through for a gentle reminder today that it’s completely okay if your pregnancy doesn't feel like a constant, glowing fairytale. 👉
Drop a 🤍 in the comments if you’ve ever felt this quiet conflict, or share this to your story for an expectant mama who needs a virtual hug today.

To the mum sitting on the couch right now with a box of dry crackers and a bottle of ginger ale... I see you. 🤍
Before pregnancy, you probably had grand plans for your first-trimester nutrition. Cold-pressed green juices, protein-packed bowls, pristine meal prep...
And then week 6 arrived, and suddenly the thought of a single leaf of spinach made you gag. 🤢
Here is your reminder today: The first trimester is about SURVIVAL, not perfection.
If beige food is the only thing staying down today, eat the beige food. If you can’t look at a piece of chicken, put it away. Your body is doing intense, high-energy work behind the scenes—building a whole new organ (hello, placenta!) and expanding your blood volume. Your baby is a biological master at pulling the exact nutrients they need from your reserves, so please drop the food guilt.
Swipe through for 4 simple survival rules to get you through the nausea without losing your sanity. 👉
Which "beige food" is currently saving your life right now? Tell me in the comments! 👇

"I don't have time."
If you're a mum, I can almost guarantee you've said these words before.
And honestly... I get it.
Motherhood is busy. There are lunches to make, washing to fold, appointments to remember, little people who need you all day long.
Time is precious.
But I've noticed something when I chat with mums...
Sometimes it's not just a lack of time that's holding us back.
It's the feeling that everyone else's needs should come before our own.
That taking an hour for ourselves feels selfish.
That our health can wait until life "settles down."
The truth is, motherhood rarely slows down.
There will always be another load of washing, another activity, another reason to put yourself last.
Looking after yourself doesn't mean you're taking anything away from your family.
It means you're recognising that your health matters too. 🩵
I'd love to know...
đź’™ What's the biggest thing that stops you from prioritising yourself? Is it time, guilt, energy, or something else?

This carousel isn’t about making mums feel guilty.
It’s about asking ourselves one simple question...
**What are we teaching our children about self-care?**
Our daughters are always watching.
They’re watching how we speak to ourselves.
How we treat our bodies.
Whether we believe our needs matter too.
If they grow up seeing a mum who never takes time for herself, always puts herself last, and believes looking after her health is selfish...
They may grow up believing that’s what motherhood is supposed to look like.
But what if they saw something different?
A mum who loved her family fiercely **and** understood that looking after herself was part of looking after them.
Because choosing your health isn’t choosing yourself *over* your family.
It’s choosing yourself **as well as** your family.
I’d love to hear your thoughts...
đź’™ What lesson do you hope your children learn from watching you?

I never wanted to build a class where mums came in, worked out and went home.
I wanted to create a place where a mum could walk in feeling nervous, exhausted and alone...
..and leave knowing she’d found her people.
Because motherhood can be incredibly isolating.
You can spend all day with your baby and still feel lonely.
Sometimes all you need is someone who understands why you’re running late because of a blowout.
Who doesn’t mind if your baby cries halfway through a squat.
Who celebrates your wins, no matter how small.
That has always been the heart of The P3 Movement.
Yes, we lift weights.
Yes, we rebuild strength.
But more importantly...
We rebuild confidence.
We build friendships.
We remind mums that they’re not meant to do this season alone.
❤️ Term 3 Mums & Bubs trials are now open.
If you’ve been thinking about finding a community that gets it, I’d love to welcome you.
Tell me in the comments—what’s been the hardest part of finding your village since becoming a mum?
Or send me a DM with “TRIAL” and I’ll send you all the details.

Come for the workout, stay for the community 🩵
Motherhood is full of questions.
Some you expect.
Some you don’t.
And sometimes, the biggest difference is simply having a safe space to ask them.
That’s why we invited Victoria, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, to spend time with our Mums & Bubs community.
It wasn’t just about nutrition.
It was about giving mums the opportunity to learn, ask questions, share experiences and realise they’re not navigating motherhood alone.
Because that’s what we’re building at The P3 Movement.
A place where you can move your body, learn from trusted professionals, connect with other mums, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.
✨ Term 3 trials are now open.
If you’re looking for more than just another fitness class, we’d love to welcome you.
Send us a DM with “TRIAL” to book your free class.
