Like a fine wine patiently aging in its vat, or more appropriately an acorn that’s transformed from its decomposed seed into a steady tree…..
I AM BACK.

Which everyone one suits you! I am down for that.

Let do this. It time for the lessons of patience, of time, of reaching the sweet nectar, the deaths, the steadiness of life from a stronger foundation for me to hit the community circuit again.

Not the same, a hell of a lot difference. The same high energy fiery fierce place of evolution but with the embodied Wisdom that comes with 100000 more ego deaths and willingness to sit in the fire (or stillness)

Soooo here we go….

LOVEFEST WOLLONGONG! You hear me?? LOVEFEST WOLLONGONG.

The biggest lesson that brings me home every single time is love is the only the way to heal. I tried fear over and over again. Infact I keep trying it on like my old jeans that won’t quite button up 🫠 just to know i have outgrown that way of being.

“Seawater isn’t just water. It’s a nervous system reset.”

Eight minutes in the sea dropped cortisol by over 30 percent and activated the vagus nerve, the same safety signal the body gets when an infant is held to a parent’s chest.

Seawater and human sweat share almost the same mineral ratio. Magnesium, sodium, chloride. When your skin meets the ocean, stress metabolites are released while trace minerals are absorbed. That’s why people feel lighter after swimming. It’s not psychological. It’s biochemical unloading.

Cold seawater also reduced chronic pain by nearly 50 percent, not because of temperature, but because uniform water pressure activates pain gating pathways the body cannot access on land.

“People think the sea relaxes you. It rewires you.”
