LAURA — 100 CLASSES!
100 classes is an incredible achievement! Laura, you are such a blessing to our studio. Always consistent, always up for a laugh and such a joy to have in class. We love having you as part of our Equip community!

Our first ever 7:15am class kicked off this morning! So good to get your workout done nice and early - the rest of your day knowing you have cared for yourself with moving already!
Don’t forget, if you are coming to a 7:15am class - pharmacy door opens at 7:10am (lets us all waiting inside) and closes again at 7:10am! Can’t be here later than 7:10am!
