Congratulations to all our athletes who participated at AJVC last week!

U21 women Eliza Patterson-Lade and coaches Adam De-Bono and Merve Atkas brought home the GOLD 🥇⭐

U23 women Sammy Pila, Kira Woodward, Maddie Clarke, Jess Sypkes and Milla Smith coached by Mitch Broom brought home the bronze for their team 🥉💫

U23 men Zac Curtis and Abe Penny brought home the bronze for their team 🥉💫

And lastly Tarek Al-kazzi coached his U19 boys including Kris Matecevski to the first ever medal Victoria have won in the U19 division 🥉

NEW TO MURVC: FRIDAY SKILL-BASED CLINIC 🏐🫵

For the next month we will be running skill-based clinics every Friday for both members and non-members. Ran by experienced coaches and high-level players, the clinics will be detailed, intensive and valuable sessions that have a new focus each week.

Dates: 20/02 - 20/03 (Fridays)
Time: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Where: Bundha Sports Centre (111 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North)
Cost: $4.99 (per clinic)

MURVC SOCIAL LEAGUE🏐🏆

It’s time to dust off your groupchats and get your fave teammates back together because starting on the 1st of March, our Social League is back and is going to be bigger and better than ever!

As a weekly competition run by the club every Sunday, it’s the perfect way to play socially (but still competitively) with your friends or to get some extra game play in alongside your VVL games.

This year we will have two venues: A & B grades will play at the new Bundha Sports Stadium and C grade will remain loyal and play at Melb Uni Tin Alley Sports Centre.
