Tantric Dance Essence is a space devoted to sharing the art of Tantric Dance, creating spaces for embodied expression, authentic connection, and exploration of polarity through movement. The leader emb
odies the masculine energy (Shiva), holding space, guiding the movement with presence, clarity, and intention. The one who receives moves with the qualities of the feminine energy (Shakti)—fluid, receptive, intuitive, and open to surrender. This dance becomes a playful, powerful interaction between the masculine and feminine energies—a sacred meeting that transcends duality and invites deeper truth, within yourself and in connection with others. When blindfolded, you are invited to let go completely—to surrender control and allow yourself to be taken to the edge of the unknown, all while remaining fully anchored in your own body. Every movement, every touch, is felt deeply. You become pure sensation, presence, and trust. When you lead, you step into your power, channeling your energy with clarity and direction. You feel alive, vibrant, and fully connected to your essence. You become the guide and the dance becomes an expression of your life force—a creative offering. We all carry both masculine and feminine energies within us, and finding balance between them is key to living a fulfilling, empowered life. This is the principle of inner union—masculine and feminine, yin and yang. Tantric Dance invites us to explore and embody these polarities through movement—to give and receive, lead and surrender, and to dance with the ever-unfolding flow of life. It helps us connect to our own essence by guiding us beyond the mind and into the body, where we can feel, express, and embody the truth that lives within us. Through regular practice, Tantric Dance becomes a powerful pathway to self-growth. Monthly Tantric Dance events will be held in Melbourne as–like any embodied practice–true transformation unfolds through consistent, ongoing exploration.

· Supports self-awareness and the practice of healthy boundaries.

~ GUIDELINES ~
· Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and respect the group space.
· Bring a water bottle.
· Avoid strong scents like perfume, cigarettes or other intense odours.
· Do not wear jewellery, especially large earrings.
· Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid short skirts.
· Keep your phone on silent or switched off.
· Come with a clear mind. No alcohol, drugs, or heavy medication.
· Let the teacher know about any physical or mental conditions.
· No talking during the dance.
· Embrace the dance as a journey of self-exploration and growth.
· Welcome blockages with compassion, curiosity and playfulness.
· Please stop the dance when instructed.
· Listen to your body and its limits, take a break if needed.
· Dance is always with clothes on.
· No touching of intimate body parts. No kissing.
· Avoid movements that may feel invasive or overly sexual
· Practice self-responsibility and protect your boundaries at all times.
· Respect each other’s space and boundaries.
· There might be photography during the event

Klaudia is a lifelong explorer, passionate dancer, and a curator of tantric events where people can nurture connection, sensuality, and deepen the relationship with their body and soul. A graduate of Tantric Dance België, she has immersed herself in a wide range of embodied practices including: tantra, authentic relating, shamanic healing, breathwork, emotional release, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, butoh, and Lomilomi. Tantra has been her path to growth and transformation and a way of finding more love, presence and joy in her life. Klaudia’s passion for dance stems from its power to reconnect us with our true essence—it is a gateway to inner wisdom, expression, and embodied freedom. Her heartfelt mission is to support others in awakening their raw, authentic selves and experiencing deeper embodiment, connection, and self-awareness.

It feels like yesterday when I first fell in love with ta***ic dance in Europe and met these two beautiful humans and fabulous teachers — Rakesh & Frida from Ta***ic Dance NL — and my dear friend Tanja.
It was so special to reconnect, share our passion for the practice, and create some magic together. My heart feels full seeing how deeply people journey with ta***ic dance here and continue to grow through it ✨

Hello fam, how are we all going? ✨
I've been thinking about you while journeying through Bali, exploring ta**ra and different dance offerings.
There have already been many learnings, but one of the biggest has been this:
To soften.
To soften into being seen.
To soften into being held.
To soften into trust.
To soften into vulnerability 🦋
The feminine wants to be felt. To flow. To connect through the heart. And yet so often we’ve been conditioned to stay in doing, holding it all together, being strong, doing it alone.
I’ve seen how much I’ve been living from that space, too—operating from my masculine, trying to manage everything myself, forgetting to lean on others.
In a recent ta**ra training, I touched something really simple and profound: the beauty of our humanness. I played like a child, I cried like a baby, and I allowed myself to be witnessed and held in all of it 🍃
And something in me softened.
It reminded me that it's safe to open.
Safe to receive.
Safe to let others in.
And from that softness, I feel called into something deeper.
To invite more feminine into life—more flow, more feeling, more connection, more play, more openness.
Because life isn’t only meant to be carried alone.
It’s meant to be shared. It’s meant to be lived. ❤️

This was our last dance before a little break, but don’t worry — Ta***ic Dance Essence will be back very soon with fresh new energy and inspiration! I’m going to miss you all, but I know each of us will continue integrating the gifts of this beautiful practice.

✨ 8 May: One More Dance Before a Little Break ✨
As with every powerful process, it’s time to integrate. Join us for one more dance before I head overseas to deepen my ta***ic practice and gather fresh inspiration. I’ll be back in July, and Ta***ic Dance Essence will return infused with new energy, insights, and magic to share!
As promised, I’ve extended the session slightly to give us more space to dance and flow. Let’s move, expand and connect before winter calls us inward.
