At our Ballarto Family Hub project we’ve been working in with the Constructive Group team to install our kliplock hi-strength sheeting supplied by Lysaght

It’s a different process to what we normally do as this is a passive type structure. Where we install our safety mesh, intello plus which is taped, 145mm blanket, roof spacer and then this is where the carpenters come in and install the play substrate directly onto the spacer system and then install the mento plus, taped ready for out sheeting.

It’s quite the build up and requires great preparation from both parties.

There is no “I” in roof plumbing. It’s an “US” story. Strong camaraderie and backing each other is what gets the job done.

A while back we completed our roofing works on the Ormond Uniting Church for , it’s our first project together.

It was a small but tricky scope. Keeping the heritage looking old but new, and blending the new work seamlessly into the existing.

Delivering this scope with the Simbuilt team made it easy and that’s where the relationship started.

Since then we’ve delivered 4–5 projects together, and we love seeing the relationship grow stronger with each one.

No one knows everything about something.
Being a sponge, listening with intent, asking the right questions no matter where you are in your timeline of your life is an easy way to progress.

In our team, everyone’s still learning. And everyone’s still teaching.
