Some foods just go well together and not because you have to eat them that way, but because pairing foods can help you:
• Stay fuller for longer
• Keep your energy more stable
• Increase your protein intake
• Make meals and snacks more satisfying
Think:
• Toast + avocado + cheese
• Apple + peanut butter
• Greek yoghurt + kefir + protein powder
• Eggs +... well, everything (and yes, in your pocket just in case you get hungry)
Small additions can make a big difference to how you feel and if you’re hungry when you’re looking for something to eat, what you choose should actually fill you up and keep you energised for a while.
What’s your favourite food pairing?

If you’ve ever thought...
“I just need more motivation.”
You probably don’t.
Motivation comes and goes. Life gets busy, plans change, and some days you won’t feel like doing it.
The people who stay consistent aren’t motivated every day. They’ve built habits that make consistency easier.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating habits that fit your life and that you can actually maintain.

May has been a busy month of corporate and school workshops, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I am so passionate about helping people improve their health through nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery. This month, each group requested different focus areas to ensure the content was perfectly tailored to their demographic.
Some of the topics we dived into included:
• The 4 pillars of health to support wellbeing and mental health
• Eating for energy
• Creating healthy habits for a healthy life
If you would like to book a speaking engagement for your business or school, please reach out via DM or email to connect!

I program these six movements for all of my clients:
1. Balance
2. Squat
3. Getting off the floor
4. Hanging/ spine lengthening
5. Strength training
6. Short burst of high intensity cardio
While the exact exercises can look different for each client, depending on their starting point, these 6 movements will always be included in their sessions. The goal is to master the movements that keep us moving well across our entire lifespan.

Last Friday I had the honour of returning to my high school, , as the guest speaker at their Mother’s Day breakfast.
It was a beautiful morning engaging with the students and their mums on how creating healthy habits across the four pillars of health can improve energy and overall wellbeing.
It was a highlight to see everyone getting involved in the activities, reconnect with some familiar faces and share my knowledge and passion for giving people the tools to feel their healthiest and at their best.
I also really enjoyed my box of goodies made by the students 🌟

If you’re constantly thinking about food, low on energy, or feeling out of control with eating, this might be why.
A lot of people aren’t struggling with willpower. They’re struggling with not eating enough.
When you start eating enough food consistently, things begin to shift:
• Your energy levels feel more stable
• You think about food less (not more)
• Cravings feel less intense and urgent
• Your workouts improve
• You feel more in control around food
This isn’t random.
It’s your body responding to being properly fuelled.
Chronic under eating or restriction (often driven by diet culture) can lead to:
– constant hunger
– food obsession
– overeating episodes
– low energy and poor recovery
What if the goal isn’t to eat less
but to eat enough, consistently?
You might be surprised what changes when you do.

Deciding what to eat for dinner every night can get exhausting. Something I see a lot with clients is that between TikTok, reels and endless online recipes, it all starts to feel overwhelming so cooking feels harder than it needs to be.
Simple food can be delicious, satisfying and more than enough.
Here are some simple, easy meals I’ve been making lately.
