UNDEFEATED CLIENT SPOTLIGHT -> MARIA

She works. I plan. We win.

Maria started this journey alone and achieved some incredible things before I started with her but I wanted to share her starting point for full context of this transformation.

I coach from experience.

And where Maria started from is something I can relate to.

Hard work always pays off. And I have no doubt that Maria would have succeeded without me… but with the right plan and enough support it is possible to achieve your goals faster and even exceed with expectations you originally had.

And to think with Maria we are only just getting started is scary.

Plan. Work. Give feedback. Adjust the plan. Keep working.

Using both my personal results and the experience gained from helping over 1000+ busy men and women achieve their goals of fat loss, muscle gain and healthy habit building… I’m confident I can structure a program that will get you where you want to be.

This is only enhanced when someone like Maria comes along and executes that plan with commitment and intention.

Full time job. Full time Mum. Juggling life and family and friends… Maria doesn’t have it easy but she doesn’t make excuses.

When Maria isn’t sure… she’s reaches out to me. Because she knows I’m there for her 24/7.

Something I pride my services on is being available when the team needs me most.

The moments of weakness. Uncertainty. Doubt. Fear. Feeling like giving up… we all have these moments. And that’s where I come in to pick you up and remind you of both where you’ve come from and how strong you are… and we get back on track.

Because most the time, that’s what we need. A moment to feel heard. Seen. Understood in a world that doesn’t understand. And then we are good to go. If we catch it early enough we can avoid the drop off and negative loop cycle that most people go through and is the reason why they yo-yo up and down and ultimately stay exactly where they are… and never feel like they win.

I’m there for Maria. I’m there for my team.

ROMAN WARRIOR MENTALITY

1. VIRTUS - Excellence In All Things
Roman warriors weren’t just strong in battle.
They were sharp in mind. Present at home. Relentless in craft.
Discipline wasn’t a phase for them… it was identity.
You don’t get to turn it off when life gets busy.

2. DURA LEX - Hard Law, Hard Life
They trained hardest in peace so war felt easy.
Your version: the 5am lift when you’d rather sleep.
The meal prep on a Sunday when the week looks full.
The hard reps now so nothing later breaks you.

3. FRUGALITAS - Cut The Excess
Roman soldiers carried only what they needed.
No excess. No noise. No excuses.
Audit your week. What’s draining your energy without building anything?
Cut it. Carry less. Move faster.

IFBB PRO CYCLES WILL TAKE YEARS OFF OF YOUR LIFE…

Another chat this week that stuck with me. Someone running pro-level amounts, pushing their heart and organs to the edge, with no plans to ever compete. No stage. No prize. Just wanting ā€˜bigger legs.’

That’s the part people skip. The risk only makes sense if there’s something on the other side of it worth that risk. Take the competition away, take the goal away, and all you’re left with is the damage. And you only find out when it’s too late.

I’m not telling anyone what to do with their body. I’m asking the question most people avoid: for what? If you can’t answer it honestly, you already know.

Know your why. Protect the years you don’t get back.

Optimise your hormones. Get real advice. And stick with the basics first.

Same scale. Same time. Watch the trend, not the day.

If your weight jumps two kilos in an hour, the scale isn’t lying and neither is your body. You’re comparing two completely different measurements.

Weigh in one way only… same scale, same spot, first thing in the morning, after the bathroom, before eating or drinking. Then stop reading the daily number. Track the weekly average and judge the trend.

Day to day is noise. The trend is the signal.
