Online orders should be made carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders of goods; however, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. Online orders can be returned for an exchange at the customers' expense, as long as they meet the below criteria:

◦ Items are returned with the product tags still attached to the item, and
