Hall of Fit
The most memorable fitness experiences are built on real human connection, and thatโs what Hall of Fit makes possible. #MovementMadeSocial

Some nights I'd finally sit down, and realise I hadn't actually stopped since I got up that morning. Childcare drop-off, having a full day at the office, collecting the kids, and smashing out dinner before heading to teach my Pilates class at night. Somewhere in between it all, I was also supposed to be confirming bookings, and keeping track of attendance and payments.
For a long time, I just accepted that as the cost of building a business around a life that was already full. I told myself I wasn't running enough classes to justify getting any real help with the admin side of it. But when I actually stopped to count how much of that time was coming out of moments with my family, I knew I had to do things differently, and I started looking around.
But when I actually looked at what was out there, I understood why it felt so hard. Every tool built for trainers assumed the same thing: that being a fitness trainer was my only job. The subscription fees cost more than I was making per class, loaded with features I'd never use. The cheaper option was a generic booking site - built for anyone (which really meant built for no one) with none of the structure an independent trainer actually needs. And when my Pilates timetable slowed down, or I took time off, I still couldn't justify paying a flat subscription fee for a business that wasn't earning consistent income.
So I decided to build the thing I couldn't find.
Hall of Fit is for the independent trainers teaching one class a week through to running a full timetable. It takes the bookings, payments, and admin nobody sees off your plate, so what's left of your time actually goes to the parts of your life that need you most. No complex features, and no subscription that keeps charging you even when business slows down or life gets in the way.
If any of my story sounds like yours, I'd love for you to be a part of this, and become one of the first few trainers through the door.
Founding spots are open now. You can apply through the link in my bio, and lock in your exclusive founder's rate right from the start.
Meet Kent ๐ Commonwealth Games gymnast turned small business owner, running his own training business, Kenako.
Turns out even an elite athlete starts in the same place as every other independent trainer. Figuring out where and how to actually begin.
That's why Hall of Fit exists. We're the first starting point for trainers, whether you've just been certified, you're thinking of starting your own adventure, or you've been going solo for a while.
Now, Kent has been going solo for a while, and he got his first look at the platform today. He went through our onboarding, setting up his profile and creating a class, all in a few minutes. By the end, he had his own dedicated trainer profile, ready to take bookings. What took him days to set up (and still takes him hours of ongoing admin time), he was able to complete in a fraction of the time on Hall of Fit.
We're still testing our platform, but we're testing it with real trainers. Together, we're building something that guides you through the scary unknown of starting your own fitness career, with a profile that helps you get found. There are no complicated features to learn. Just simple, useful tools that help you spend more time doing what you love.
If you're a trainer in a similar position, and have been unsure where to start, look no further.
As Kent put it: "Just get started. You're never going to know until you're in your element, doing what you love."
That's the whole idea behind Hall of Fit. One class is enough to get started, and we're here to help you grow your community from there.

A year ago, I started teaching Pilates solo and had no idea where to go from there.
I knew how to teach. I didn't know how to run a business. Collecting payments manually, trying to keep track of them all, juggling bookings, messages and showing up for my classes, and still wanting to be present for my family at the end of the day. Some weeks I was running on empty trying to keep it all going.
That's the bit no one warns you about when you go independent. The teaching is the easy part. It's everything else that quietly eats the time and energy you actually want to give to your people - the ones in your classes, and the ones waiting for you at home.
That's what Hall of Fit is for. A place for independent trainers to run their business without the admin swallowing the parts you actually love, and without doing it solo.
This week, we started testing the platform with real trainers. It's early. It's not perfect yet. But it's happening, and we want you to be part of it from here, not just when it's polished and finished.

Over the past few months, I've sat down with independent trainers, coaches and instructors and asked one simple question: "how are you actually running your business day to day?"
The same themes kept coming up.
Trainers doing everything themselves - bookings on their phone, reminders sent manually, payments tracked in a spreadsheet. Last-minute cancellations throwing off their income and their whole day. Weekends disappearing into admin instead of being spent with family.
None of that is why anyone got into this industry. You got into fitness to help people move, build communities, and do work you actually love (not to become an unpaid bookkeeper!)
That's exactly why I'm building Hall of Fit. Here's how we support you:
โ
Bookings, reminders and payments - all in one place, not scattered everywhere (calendar, excel, emails)
โ
Select your own cancellation policy, so last-minute changes don't cost you
โ
No subscription fees - pay only when you earn, capped at a fair rate each month.
If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love for you to be part of it from the start.
