Our first Content to Clients workshop was such a special afternoon. 💛
We shared ideas, talked honestly about content and explored how nail techs can show up online in a way that feels natural—not forced.
Everyone left with plenty to think about. But often, it’s when you sit down and actually try to put those ideas into practice that the real questions begin:
What keywords should I use?
Is my bio clear enough?
What should I film?
How do I write captions people can actually find?
And how do I turn content into real enquiries—not just likes?
That’s exactly why this next workshop was created. ✨
Content to Clients: Plan, Create & Convert is a practical, hands-on workshop with Ash from 𝗔𝘀𝗵 ♡ 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 • 𝖡𝖨𝖠𝖡 𝖭𝖺𝗂𝗅𝗌 𝖧𝖺𝗐𝗍𝗁𝗈𝗋𝗇
We’ll have our phones out and work on your actual Instagram account together. You’ll leave with:
✔️ A keyword-optimised Instagram bio
✔️ 3–6 SEO captions already written
✔️ Clear content pillars for your business
✔️ A full monthly content plan
✔️ Personal feedback on your profile and content
We’ll also explore Social SEO, Google Business Profiles, websites and credibility, building client trust, stronger hooks, and simple filming and editing techniques that help hold attention.
This isn’t another workshop where you simply take notes and go home wondering what to do next. We’ll begin the work together in the room, so you leave with a clear plan you can use straight away.
No marketing degree needed—just bring your phone, your Instagram account and a willingness to work on your business. 🌼

The last buffing video got a LOT of questions, so let’s talk about the other half of the equation — your file. 👀
Because knowing how to file is important…
but choosing the right file for the job matters just as much.
Here’s a little breakdown of the 4 files we use 👇
Reikogel Emery File 100/180
Thin, flexible and easy to control.
Perfect when you need precision around the free edge and sidewalls, especially for refining the natural nail shape with the finer side.
Because it’s so thin and flexible, it’s not our first choice for filing an entire gel structure — it’ll get there, just much more slowly 😂
Reikogel Thick File 100/150
Thicker, firmer and much faster.
This is the one for shaping and refining gel structures, taking down bulk and correcting the overall form when you need a little more filing power.
Reikogel Sponge Buffer 180/220
Softer and cushioned, so it follows the nail surface beautifully.
Our go-to for gently prepping the natural nail plate before base gel and for softer or more delicate nails — especially with the finer 220 side.
Remember: we’re only removing the shine, not thinning the natural nail. ☝🏻
Reikogel Sponge Buffer 100/150
Same cushioned feeling, but with a much coarser grit.
Better suited to refining gel/product — smoothing uneven areas, softening file marks and cleaning up the structure before moving on to a finer finish, it can also use for prepping the natural nail plate before base gel.
And the easiest way to remember grit?
Lower number = coarser = removes more
Higher number = finer = removes less
But grit isn’t the only thing that matters.
Think about:
Material → Grit → What you’re filing
Natural nail? Gel structure? Sidewall? Surface prep?
There isn’t one file that does everything well — choosing the right one makes filing faster, cleaner and much more controlled.
Save this one for your next filing session 🐝

Why does gel sometimes feel HOT under the lamp? 🔥
That sudden burst of heat is called a heat spike, and it happens during the curing process as your gel begins to harden.
But why do some gels feel hotter than others?
And why does application thickness make a difference?
Swipe through → we’re breaking down what’s actually happening under the lamp. 💡
Understanding little things like this can completely change the way you work.
Because learning nails isn’t only about how to apply gel — it’s also understanding why products behave the way they do, so you can work more safely, confidently and intentionally.
This is a big part of what we teach in our Full Nail Career Course: practical skills, product knowledge, nail theory and the foundations behind professional nail services.
Learn the technique. Understand the why. Build the confidence. 🐝
