Understanding how the uterus actually works is fascinating. When we understand how something works, we can utilise it more effectively.

Want to fire up your core without smashing your joints?

The Pilates Wunda Chair might look compact, but it delivers a serious challenge. This piece of equipment is brilliant for building deep core strength, improving flexibility and isolating muscles you didn’t even realise were switching off.

What I love about the chair is how precise it is. You can’t cheat the movement. It asks for control, stability and focus, which means your abs, glutes and back muscles have to properly engage. That’s where real strength comes from. Not momentum. Not rushing. Quality movement.

It’s also fantastic if you’re working around injuries or looking to balance out strength between sides. The targeted nature of the exercises helps correct imbalances and build stability through the hips and shoulders. Strength doesn’t always start in the gym… sometimes it starts in the middle of the toughest fight of your life.

In our latest podcast, our incredible client Leah Kime shares how training at Sculpt & Flow became one of her key strategies while battling cancer.
