And here we are.

I've tied up all the loose ends and officially clocking off.

What do I want you to know?

Well, if we're friends... I am more than happy to still have conversations about baby sleep. If I can give some easy answers, I will. If it needs more than an easy answer, I can refer you to the best of the best. I have contacts.πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

My sleep guides are always for sale. So if you want a DIY or some sleep education - I am still your go-to girl! Newborn. Baby. Toddler. Preschooler. Just message me.

Otherwise. For now... I am off to soak up the primary role the Lord has entrusted to me in this season...  peace out! ✌️

This may come as a bit of a shock to many but...

I have wrestled with this decision more than anyone else will ever know (except my Jesus πŸ˜‰).

I am hanging up the hat of sleep consultant.

This isn't because I don't love what I do. I absolutely do.

I love watching families experience transformation. I love celebrating the wins. I love holding mums' hands through the hard days and reminding them they're not alone. It's been such a privilege to be invited into so many families' lives over the years.

But the reality is... running a business is stressful.

And I can't do it in this season.

We homeschool now, and both the kids and I are absolutely loving it. But trying to juggle homeschooling, motherhood, family life, and a business has left me feeling burnt out. I'm snapping at the kids more, and that's not the mum I want to be.

The truth is, I can't do it all. Somethings gotta give.

There are some incredible sleep consultants out there who can help tired families.

But there is only one mum to these four beautiful kids.

As we step into our next season, we'll be moving onto the land, building our home, learning to farm, and, once we're settled, opening our home to foster again. Those are dreams we've been praying about for a long time, and I know they'll need my time, my energy, and my heart.

People have already asked if this is forever.

Honestly? I don't think so.

I love this work too much to say I'll never come back to it. I can absolutely see myself helping families again one day. But I also can't see that being in the next few years.

Right now, I want to be fully present for the season God has called me to.

To every family who trusted me, supported me, cheered me on, and allowed me to be part of your journey... thank you. It has truly been an honour.

I've got something really exciting coming up for Term 3... β˜•πŸ’š

If you've followed my journey for a while, you'll know that helping exhausted families get more sleep is something I'm incredibly passionate about.

Partly because I've seen the transformation in the hundreds of families I've supported.

But also because I've been there myself.

When my eldest was a baby, sleep deprivation affected every area of my life. Getting the right support changed everything, and now I love helping other parents find their way through those exhausting seasons too.

That's why I'm so excited to announce that during Term 3, I'll be at The Meeting Place every Saturday from 9:30am-11:30am offering FREE baby and toddler sleep support chats.

If you're struggling with:
😴 Bedtime battles
😴 Multiple night wakings
😴 Early rising
😴 Short naps
😴 Sleep regressions
😴 Or just feeling exhausted and unsure what to do next...

Come and have a chat.

β˜• Free morning tea and barista coffee (or another drink if you're like me and coffee isn't your thing!)
πŸ’š Personalised sleep support
πŸ›οΈ Bonnie Tots will also be open, with everything under $5

This is a gentle, judgement-free space where you can ask questions, get advice and leave with a clearer plan.

I'd absolutely love to meet you. ❀️

Today has been what I call a Mother Sabbath.

I've learnt alot about Sabbath over the past year. The history. The relevance of it for today. What it is. How to do it.

But the Mother Sabbath is a concept I read about in a book a couple years back.

You see... As mums, we give give give. And for the most part, we love it. We give out of the joy of our heart. It's sacrificial and we wouldn't have it any other way.

The downside is that it can be difficult to determine when we need to put our own oxygen mask on.

For me, I've found that if I'm easily irritated, yell more (something I'd never imagined I'd do as much as I have), not motivated to do the dishes... it's because I've slowly been neglecting me.

I go for walks every morning that Daniel is home. But there is often that fight or wrestle I have of guilt. The question of whether or not I'm being selfish for doing something for me.

Yet what I've discovered, is when I slowly put everyone else before myself ALL of the time.... everyone else starts to suffer too. I'm not as nice to be around. And that affects my household the most.

It's all about balance. My family enjoy being around me more when I've put my own oxygen mask on first. And it looks different for me than what it might look like for others.

It's pretty easy to say "well I can't do that because___" ... that's where my determination to find solutions comes in handy haha.

A mother Sabbath is all about me having a day. A day to do lego. A day to walk on the beach. A day to have breakfast by myself. A day to sit there and do absolutely nothing. A day to read.

No work. No jobs. No need to be anywhere. It's a day where I can go and fill my cup and have no timeframe of when I need to return by.

Some might call it selfish. Yes, those thoughts try to invade me too. But I am noticing... I actually have more capacity to GIVE when my cup isn't so empty.

What things do you do as a Mum to recharge your battery? Or perhaps this has been the permission you need to dream a little about the possibilities....🀍

If you're currently dreading bedtime, waking multiple times overnight, or running on broken sleep, I know how exhausting it can feel.

And honestly, while moving house lately and feeling pretty stressed, today was such a reminder of why I love what I do.

This morning I signed off with a beautiful family whose 5-month-old had been experiencing false starts, fighting sleep and constant overnight wakings.

By the end of our two weeks together, he had been sleeping through consistently for about a week.

Tonight I begin supporting another family whose 2-year-old is resisting bedtime, waking multiple times overnight and spending most nights in Mum and Dad's bed, leaving everyone exhausted.

And there are few things that bring me more joy than helping families go from surviving to enjoying their little ones again.

Not because I get to "fix" sleep.

But because I get to walk alongside families as they rediscover rest, confidence and joy in parenthood again.

✨ "He's sleeping through."
✨ "Bedtime is peaceful."
✨ "We finally have our evenings back."
✨ "I feel like myself again."
✨ "My baby is so much happier!"

And that's why I do what I do. ❀️

One family sleeping again and one family experiencing hope for the first time in a long time!

Message me to get the conversation started - who knows - you may just need a few tweaks!

Have you ever tried everything to improve your child's sleep and nothing seems to work?

A new bedtime routine.
A sleep sack.
White noise.
Earlier bedtimes.
Later bedtimes.
More support.
Less support.

Yet somehow you're still exhausted.

Here's something many parents don't realise:
Sleep isn't just about sleep.

And that's why sleep training on its own often isn't enough.

Over the years, I've developed a roadmap that helps me identify what's really standing in the way of better sleep.

I call it my Four Pillars of Sleep Success.

✨ Strong Foundations
Before looking at sleep strategies, we need to look at the whole child. Health concerns, nutrition, mouth breathing, allergies, low iron levels and other underlying factors can all impact sleep.

✨ Simple Habits
Sleep becomes easier when the environment, routines and daily rhythms are working with your child's body rather than against it.

✨ Clear Strategy
A gentle, responsive plan that helps your child learn independent sleep skills while protecting connection and attachment.

✨ Sustainable Sleep
Because sleep isn't about a good week. It's about creating lasting change and knowing how to confidently navigate sickness, travel, regressions and life's inevitable disruptions.

Most parents come to me thinking they need a sleep strategy.

What they often discover is that the strategy is only one piece of the puzzle.

When you look at the whole picture, sleep gets a whole lot easier.

If you've tried "everything" and sleep still isn't improving, there's usually a missing piece of the puzzle.

Send me a message with your child's age and biggest sleep challenge, and I'll help you identify where to start.
