Week in and week out this season, the friends and family of our players have shown up and shown out at games all year. Not to mention all the fellow Rangers that came out to cheer them on. This was especially true for our finalists’ games this year where so many came to get behind our teams.

Premiers and Champions 2026 - U12/6 Red! 🏆💚🖤

Our poor hearts are still recovering from the sheer anxiety of this game but they did it! Our 12/6 Red team played with such impressive fortitude and confidence; 1-1 in regular time, no additional score in extra time and then a penalty shootout resulting in a 3-1 win! I am not sure how they kept their composure with such a game. A big congratulations to the North Kellyville FC for playing such an incredible game - you should be so proud.

They took the long way in the finals journey but got there in the end. We were proud of this team before this result but we are so excited that they were able to pull of the double … PREMIERS AND CHAMPIONS 2026! 🥇💚🖤

Our AAM7 Runner Ups! 🏅💛

Despite an amazing season, our AAM7 came in second yesterday to hillsknightsfootball after a 4-0 loss. Whilst they managed to secure a draw against this team earlier in the season, our boys couldn’t quite secure a win against this Knights team all season - they were as tough as they come.

A new team to Box Hill Rangers, our AAM7 may not have come away champions but they should be so proud of the way they played and held themselves all year. These guys came so far together with some players having never played before this season. What a display of dedication, growth and sportsmanship 🖤💚

Our O35M Runner Ups! 🏅💛

Unfortunately our O35M went down 2-0 yesterday to copticunitedfc. Our boys showed up; holding the game to 0-0 at half time but just couldn’t quite secure the win. Regardless of the score, we are so proud of our O35M for the determination, grit, and passion they displayed yesterday and all season.

We also honestly can’t decide who had a bigger support crew either - the O30W or O35M 🤣. So many clubmates, family and friends made the trip to watch the game yesterday and we know it meant the world to the O35M. They were also accompanied onto the fields by their very special young Rangers. Truly shows how happy and proud we are to be Rangers! 🖤💚

Our First Champions of 2026 - AAM9! 🏆💚🖤

In a very unexpected turn of events, our AAM9 team officially won their Grand Final earlier this week before Grand Final weekend had even begun. Their opponents, Glenhaven, unfortunately forfeited the match.

A weird win but a win nevertheless so Box Hill Rangers AAM9 are officially the 2026 All Age Men Division 9 Champions! 🏆🥇

It’s certainly a bittersweet way to win a Grand Final. After working all season to earn their place in finals, beating Glenhaven 2-1 in their first final to qualify directly for the Grand Final, and preparing for one last game together, we know the boys are incredibly disappointed that they didn’t actually get the opportunity to play the Grand Final but they should be so proud of themselves!

Absolutely none of that takes away from what they have achieved. Congratulations AAM9! 🥳

Our O30W/4 Runner Ups! 🏅💛

Despite going down in the dreaded penalties, we are so proud of this team! They showed true grit, determination and passion last night. winstonhillsfootball were the team to beat all season and our team never could quite beat them unfortunately. Congratulations to them!

It was a joy of a game with a crazy support crew there and some very important Rangers were also there to es**rt our players onto the field at the official walk out. These kiddos were the children, friends, family and clubmates of our ladies playing and they looked all chuffed and exactly the part in all their black and green gear!

There were some incredibly tough finishes amongst those results - games decided by a single goal, extra time and even penalties. To every team whose season finished this weekend, congratulations on making finals and thank you for representing the Box Hill Rangers! Getting there is an achievement in itself, and we hope you can look back on your season with plenty to be proud of.

And now… we have Grand Finals to get excited about! We would absolutely LOVE to see the Rangers community out in force next weekend. 📣🏆

What a first weekend of finals for Rangers! We started with 13 teams in finals, and after a huge weekend of football, 12 teams are still standing.

Even better… our AAM9 are already through to the GRAND FINAL! 🥳🏆 A huge congratulations to them after a 2–1 win secured their spot!

For most of our other teams, finals continue this weekend. Depending on where they finished on the ladder and last weekend’s result, some are progressing after a win, while others get the benefit of a second chance.

Our First Finals Victory 👏🏼🖤💚

Despite the near heart-attack, our O30W/4 took the win in penalties tonight to advance to the next final!

This team is still relatively new - only forming last year after relentless recruiting and positive culture building by its foundational players. At its core, this team is not only a success story of player and team development but an incredibly devoted and compassionate group of ladies. This is exemplified by the fact that 4 players on the team are a part of our committee; Lauren (Treasurer), Amy (Club Delegate), Ramzy (General Committee Member), and Lisa, (our President and Registrar) [in order as pictured].

This team shows what it means to be a Ranger; community, teamwork, dedication and a love of the game ⚽️🖤
