Splendid Flow

6 years ago today I was admitted in hospital in critical conditions.
Today to celebrate my life a great podcast called Moving countries 101, run by a very special lady called Clare has been published. The episode is called ‘True Love’ and it is about my love story and my relocation to Australia..

My current schedule is:
Mat Pilates every Monday at 5 pm
Vinyasa Yoga Intermediate /Advance level every Wednesday at 6am
Vinyasa Yoga Beginner level every Friday at 7 am
Yin Yoga every Friday at 5 pm.

In addition to Yoga and Mat Pilates group classes, I also offer a One on One Pilates Assisted stretching sessions.

These classes are held at Alicia Pilates studio - Shop 6/10-28 Lawrence Street, Freshwater.

What an amazing course! I’m loving every seconds of it!
I can’t wait to teach my students all the things I’m learning !
Yesterday we look at how to deliver powerful messages to our students.
For me one-of the most powerful message I can share with all of you it is:
EMBRACE THE CHANGES IN LIFE!

First day of a 5 days course on yoga advance anatomy and class sequencing!

Who wants to go to work after teaching a yoga class this morning and run by the ocean on a gorgeous sunny day? I’m definitely on a day off mood! 🙃

Doing what I love the most and helping those who are in need!
This year, back in July, for my birthday, I raised $750 dollars for a charity close to my heart!
